Did you know I take Boxing lessons? My teacher is my Uncle and his name is Johnny. You need to have boxing gloves and a punching bag to punch. I learned it step by step and I’m not bad myself.As you can see I am punching my Uncle in the face or if you would say knock out. You have to have your arms up to block so that you would not get knocked out. You can have a go yourself if you want. good luck to you guys and be safe when you try boxing.
